...are you sure that this is from a movie?? I seem to remember an episode of "Married...with Children", where Peggy and Marcie go out way, way, waaaaay deep into the outskirts of Chicago, to participate in a Bingo competition. Peggy wins, I think, about $10,000, and Al was supposed to pick the both of them up, after the competition. Unfortunately, he and rest of the No Ma'am gang got drunk, trying to pick the new official beer for their group, so Peggy and Marcie had to take variously dubious methods of transportation, and spend all of their winnings, in an attempt to get home. One of the methods, was a crazed, wide-eyed Armenian-accented taxi driver, who had his foot hard on the pedal, and would turn completely around while driving, to talk to Peggy and Marcie; at one point, he turned around and said to them, "You know, driving is such a zen experience.....I think that faster you go, the faster you get there!!!"
...it was one of the funniest, and most memorable lines that season (...the 8th or 9th, I think); might this be what you were looking for???
