well, ideally i'd go see I am Legend, which is out now and is a really good film, packed with a lot of drama & action and a bit of comedy.
BUT beetween those i definetely wouldnt go see national treasure, coz it's a disney sequel and coz the plot is waring out a bit, and on a personal note, i hate nicholas cage.
And out of the ones on the list, the first one i'd go to see is sweeney todd, an adaptation of the musical bout a killer barber in olde england + sacha baron cohen is in it!
I think Sweeney Todd is your best bet. National Treasure was great but so was Todd. Sweeney Todd is full of singing but it is evened out with the dark Tim Burton style production. There is some comedic blood squirting. The acting was terrific and it was a great motion picture. So go, your wife will love it and so will you. I've only seen National Treasure and Sweeney Todd on the list and I enjoyed both of them.
