Question: I remember during the movie, some scientist sacrifice himself (he is already injured) by blowing the tunnel to kill those monsters (maybe dinosaurs or godzillas, I forget which kind) trying to come through the tunnel to the top ground.

It could be one of the "Carnosaur" movies. This is in "Carnosaur 2", per Wikipedia:
Monk and McQuade get injured so they stay behind with the dynamite, blowing themselves up along with the raptors that are on their tail.

The poster who mentions "Aliens" is correct. But, I think a woman stays with him when he does that. So, it could be "Aliens" though the man is not alone; and, it could be "Carnosaur 2", in which two remain behind.
I don't think anyone has to sacrifice himself in "Godzilla", the film starring Matthew Broderick. The baby Godzillas hatch out in Madison Square Garden, but there's only the usual chomped guys; no one sacrifices himself.
Perhaps there is some other film that has your scene.
Juristic Park?
In the second Alien movie, the one guy and a girl blow themselves up in a tunnel in order for the other members of the crew to escape. The fellow was already injured, he wore a white bandage on his head from an earlier concussion. Is this the movie that you are thinking of? It wasn't Jurassic Park 1, 2, or 3. It would have to be a pretty big tunnel for a dinosaur to fit in it, don't 'ya think?
There has to be hundreds of them.
