No Rain came out around 92-93 and although use in commercials, movies and tv was not part of an animated movie that I could find

as far as 80's animated Easter movies on TV were obvious choices like Looney Tunes however if you are thinking of something else then maybe it is: A Chucklewood Easter (87)
