Netflicks....is it really worth it?!

Question: I've been debating becoming a member, but I'm just not sure if it's really worth it. I currently don't watch a lot of movies, but it's something I want to get back into so that I can relax and take things off my mind. I'm a single mom of a one year old and I work so I'm pretty busy and don't have that much time to go to rent movies....is it REALLY as easy as they say?

Aimee it's absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!

You sit and pick out a loooooooong list of movies that you want delivered to your house, in the order you want them delivered to your house.....and they send them to you. As you send one back, they send another one out to you. then you send that one back and about 2 days later you get the next one on your list.

If you pay more money you can have 2,3,4,5 or however many sent to you at one time. As you send them back, they send more to you in the order you have them picked out on your list. And it seems like they have EVERY movie EVER made.

Its Great.

bottom line.

I don't use it b/c I still have premium cable (HBO Starz, Encore, Showtime) It's being cut to just HBO soon. :( But other people I know use say it's reasonable pending on how many movies you pick @ a time. When I just get HBO & can't watch other movies b/c I don't get the damn channel I can Netflix then.

he-yall, yes!! i've been a member for years!!! there is nothing like not having to drive to a blockbuster hoping a movie is in stock, or the title you want is available. you don't even have to watch movies much, they also have documentaries (good for research), and tv dvds.

I love my Netflix subscription. I have the one movie option, and I still can watch 2 per week. It comes to my door, I watch the movie, and I stick it in the mail. It's worth the money if you can watch at least one movie a week.

Yes it is. We have been Netflix members for over a year and love it. No hassle with taking time to go to the rental place to get and then return movies. You can pick the movies for your queue anytime that is convenient.

I would suggest getting the two movies at a time unlimited option to start with.

It really is as easy as they say. I like the fact that you can update your list of movies at any time. Say you hear something really good about a movie, you can put that movie on your list in the number 1 position, knowing that it will be coming to you soon. You receive the movie[s] in the mail, watch it, and return it in the return envelope. It couldn't be any easier. I usually send a movie back and in a couple days I have another one in my mailbox. I have really had no problems with it at all. I think you should take the chance, you can always cancel at any time if you find it doesn't work out for you.

Totally worth it. We never have to wait in line, or go there and find out the title we wanted is out. It's awesome. Been a member since Dec.2005. Kick *** service!

nope , try tivo downloads from amazon.com, it's cheaper and you on have to pay when you want a movies, all you need is a tivo, and wireless adapter

I have a Netflix membership and I like it. We get three at a time but I think you can get 4 at a time if you want. You can also watch movies on-line. They have some really good movies that you cant get in the movie stores.

NETFLIX is totally worth it. I'm completely addicted. You can do the one movie at a time for $4.99, there is a one day turnaround. When you pick a movie, they suggest others. Plus, for every dollar you spend, you can get a free hour of "watch instantly" viewing time on line. They have an unbelievably huge selection and even a search engine if you are looking for something w/ a particular actor. Give it a try, you can always cancel. They often have a free trial month.

its easy and extremely cheap and convenient...trust a satisfied customer

and no,I dont work for netflix's marketing department!
