What is the best bit the movie Silence Of The Lambs?!

I do think the bit when Clarice realizes she is stadning in front of Jame Gumb and he starts to snigger when she asks to use his telephone is a really dramatic peice of cinema - very tense and brilliantly acted.
Love that film and the book is even better.
