Why did Sirius Black wanted to kill Harry Potter in the beginning?!

Indeed Sirius breaks out of prison because he sees the Weasley's, including Ron and Ron's pet rat Scabbers in a photo on the Daily Prophet. Realizing that his old friend Peter Pettigrew is still alive, Black goes to seek revenge (Black is imprisoned for killing Pettigrew, making Pettigrew a traitor).
The scene in question is J.K. Rowling's last attempt to keep the audience off guard to increase the tension and the surprise twist. Ron of course was holding Peter Pettigrew in rat form, so that is why Sirius and Lupin are looking over at Harry when making the threats.
He wanted to kill Peter Pettigrew, not Harry Potter. He wanted to find Harry because he was Harry's godfather.

Look closely at the movie, he is talking about scampers the rat aka Peter petigrew aka wormtail. But because harry was standing in front of ron who was holding the rat it looked like he was saying that about harry
He NEVER did. He was really looking at Wormtail when he said that. He never wanted to kill Harry. Sirius was really talking about/to Wormtail who was still in his Rat form and still being held by Ron.
J.K Rowling and the movies writers/director wanted to make it seem like he meant Harry to keep us worried and in suspense.

He never wanted to kill Harry; everyone just assumed he did, because of the circumstantial evidence (murmuring "He's at Hogwarts" in his sleep, breaking into the castle and attacking the portrait outside Harry's dormitory, etc).
Sirius Black never said he wanted to kill Harry--he wanted to kill Petter Pettigrew (in his words, "I want to commit the murder I was imprisoned for."). Pettigrew faked his death years before, and was pretending to live as Ron Weasley's pet rat. Remus Lupin (the "werewolf guy") was friends with both Sirius & Peter, and was able to figure it out in time to meet them in the Shrieking Shack.

sirius black was not referring to harry potter. He was referring peter pettigrew. You're going to have to watch the movie or read the book again. Peter Pettigew essentially framed sirius black for the murder of harry potter's parents. He wanted to kill him when he got out of prison, not harry potter.
He wasn't trying to kill Harry. Sirius wanted to kill Peter Pettigrew, who was hiding as Ron's rat. Sirius saw Peter in the newspaper in the photo of the Weasley family and knew that Pettigrew was at Hogwart's.

When the Death Eaters wanted to capture and kill Harry (and his parents), they went into hiding. Sirius Black was supposed to be the one person who knew where the Potters were, but because he thought that it was obvious that he would be the one to keep that secret, Sirius Black sugguested that they entrust the secret to Peter instead. Peter betrayed his friends and joined forces with the Death Eaters, who then knew where to find Harry and his parents.
Peter then killed a bunch of people and turned into a rat, leaving Sirius Black to take the blame. People then thought that Sirius Black had killed these people, that he had gone over to the dark side, that he had betrayed Harry and his family, when he wasn't the culprit, and that he would try to kill Harry. Remus Lupin knew better, though he didn't have quite the full story. Nonetheless, he trusted Sirius Black as others did not.
