i absolutely loved it. Johnny Depp and Tim burton make an awesome combination again. It is a musical like most tim burton films so if you liked nightmare before xmas you'll love this movie. The storyline is great, it's a love story so be prepared to have your heart strings pulled. There are lots of foreshadowing so it makes it very enjoyable to watch. The best i liked about this movie is that the amount of violence goes great with the love and songs so guys can enjoy it too. Im a tough movie critic i have to say that there isnt alot i found i didnt like about the film. Even wardrobe was superb.
I didn't like it and found it rather boring. I fell asleep during the middle of it.
It is a matter of opinion you either like it or not. It is very bloody. The acting is superb. You can follow the time line. I did not go to sleep but it was a little slow in spots.
The movie was enjoyable. Just make sure you are in the mood for a musical as it has considerably more music sequences than any previous Burton works. The script was well written, but it is a bit complex. This is definitely not a simple movie or meant to be just mindless entertainment.
