Yes, due out May 15, 2009. It was supposed to be filming right now and release in late 2008, but as announced just a few weeks ago by the studio, the writer's strike pushed it back (because the studio said the screenplay still needed work).
It will see Tom Hanks returning as Robert Langdon, Ron Howard as director, and Akiva Goldsman as screenwriter. And Naomi Watts is highly rumored to being taking the female lead in the film as Vittoria Vetra.

Somewhere I've read that they will start making this film in february this year and that they probably release this movie in May 14th 2009.
