Rose starts singing "Come Josephine, let's fly and it's up she goes; "Up she goes." Is the song she sings while on the board.
I honestly don't recall them singing any song while in the water. Are you sure?
Edit: I have the sound track to the movie "Titanic". It is all instrumentation except for the song by Celine Dion called "My Heart Will Go On". Although this is a very beautiful song, to the best of my recollection it was not sung in the movie. Could this possibly be the song you're thinking of?
they weren't singing anything....she kept on telling Jack that she was cold, and he was talking to her to stay alive...
I agree with Ariesgirl.....while Rose is on the raft she is singing "Come Josephine, in My Flying Machine". There is a great version of this song by Maire Brennan (singer from Clannad). I think it's on the Back to Titanic cd. The song actually has a few sound clips from the movie, including a clip of Rose singing.

It is very pretty. It's when she's looking up at the stars from the paneling and it's also in a deleted scene when they're walking around on the boat deck.
I know it's on the Back to Titanic soundtrack. But it's sung by someone else there.
