As far as I know there is no sequel to Inside Man in the works. IMDb has this page to show for it:

with Spike Lee directing and Russell Gewirtz writing the screenplay and no actors currently attached. However, IMDb notoriously is incorrect for advance stuff like this, and these two guys were simply the director/writer from the first Inside Man. However, the original did reel in around $180 million and Hollywood loves to make sequels to every single box office hit these days...
I wasn't aware that there was going to be an Inside Man 2. Why would they? I like sequels to certain movies but I'm getting a little tired of EVERYTHING that did remotely well in the box office coming out with a sequel. They'll probably get some poor man's Denzel and release a piece of crap.
