Question: It starts out live action and a little boy is inside because there is a flood on his farm and his family says he's too little to help. Then a cartoon witch comes into his room and makes a tornado kind of thing and I think she takes him through the mirror and then the movie becomes a cartoon.

The rooster Chanticleer was supposed to be Elvis, I hope I can find it on DVD so my kids can enjoy it too!...I actually still have it on VHS, but I dont have a VHS player!! LOL
