i think the reason he dosnt talk about himself and his movies in the public eye, is because his identity can be analyzed if his movies are properly interpreted, which is why he dosnt talk about the meaning of his movies.

Well, if you're a Lynch fan, you should make sure (if you haven't already) that you see Inland Empire. It's a weird trip open for interpretation. Interestingly, there was no finished script while they were filming. Lynch wrote it on the fly.
I do too! I like enigma - some things are much better left "unsaid" but felt and experienced without prior tips or "instructions" :)
oh sorry I didn't mean Enigma the movie, I was referring to the mysterious quality of many of Lynch's films.
