Picky person looking for some good movies?!
Question: I usually hate movies & will never go to the theater or blockbuster because I feel like it is a waste of money. But lately I've found some good ones. I like anything by Tim Burton or with Johnny Depp in it. I like Stephen King stories. So I'm going back again today and the movie can't be rated R & I'll be watching it with my parents so it can't have sex scenes or anything. It would be great if it was PG but its ok if its PG-13.
(I've already seen The Secret Window, Whats Eating Gilbert Grape, Don Juan, and Edward Scissorhands.)

Nightmare before Christmas!!! Pet Cemetery 1 and 2, Rose Red, The Pirates Of the Caribbean movies are good as well!
Well, Johnny Depp is in "Cry Baby", but that has a few sex scenes in it. Nothing too horrible. Have you seen any of the Pirates of the Caribbean yet? Those are all great.
I hate movies too, but try Chronicals of Narnia. it's really good.
The Shawshank Redemption is based on a Stephen King short story--it was really good. Legend of Sleepy Hollow is Johnny Depp--and also pretty good.
If you want Tim Burton and Depp in the same movie, then 'Sleepy Hollow' is for you. Its an adaptation of the short story of the same name written by Washington Irwing, and it is vintage Burton and also vintage Depp. Plus, its got Christina Ricci and a gorgeous Miranda Richardson in it...
Excellent horror movie to curl up to with family.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has Johnny Depp in it. It's a lot of fun -- not just for children.
I've seen four moive's based on Stephen King novels. I have 3 of them. Carrie, The Shininh, and Pet Sematary. I seen Misery also.
