Is Tombstone (the movie) the Best Ever Western Made?!

Question: Out of all the westerns I have ever seen, Tombstone has to be the all around classic.

Answers: Out of all the westerns I have ever seen, Tombstone has to be the all around classic.

Tombstone is the Best!

It is a great one but I wouldn't go so far as to say that it is the best.

i'll be your huckleberry

No, THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY IS.

It was pretty darn good. What was the other one about Wyatt Erp with Kevin Costner in it that was released that same year? Was it called Wyatt Erp?That one wasn't nearly as good. Although I liked Val Kilmer's Doc Holliday the best.

It was good, but I don't think it was the best. My personal candidates for that honor would be :

The Long Riders
Pale Rider
3:10 to Yuma

The original Young Guns was pretty good too, as was Wyatt Earp.

I'm not ordinarily a fan of Westerns, but there are several that are quite good. Tombstone is one of the better ones, but don't forget How the West Was Won, Open Range, Broken Trail, Lonesome Dove, among others.

it was one of my favorites.... i can watch that movie over and over.

I would say yes, there are many good western movies out there, but this movie itself with a outstanding cast blows all of them away. Hands down best performance by Kurt Russell along with Bill Paxton. too many to name.

I like 1. Unforgiven, 2. The Outlaw Josie Wales, 3. Hang 'em High

Yea I like Eastwood

I want Kim to be my Huckleberry!!!

I like the line at the end, anyone shoots at me I kill em, I kill all their friends and burn down their damn house.

No! High Noon is the best!:D

Not better than
"Stagecoach"
"The Searchers"
"Unforgiven"
"High Noon"
"Back to the Future Part III"

(I was kidding on that last one)
