Hmmm...the base instrumental soundtrack on Unleashed was done by Massive Attack.
If anything I would start looking there for the piece. Their soundtrack pieces tend to sound like that...unless you're referring to the Mozart Sonata that Danny's mother was playing in Unleashed. They did a couple fo renditions and movements of it throughout the movie.
