Question: I got in a argument with a friend. I say the music now known as "Leia's Theme" was originally titled "Binary Sunset" when Star Wars IV first came out in 1977. My friend says it's always been known as "Leia's Theme." Who is right?

Yes they are 2 different songs. But "Sunset" has bits and peaces of Leia's Theme woven into it. Like the Imperial March is just part of Vader's Theme, but every one recognizes The March so that's all anyone hears.
To my knowledge, they're two different songs..
