What is the disney movie...(more then likely from the 90's)?!

Question: it is about a woman who has a baby and didnt really care for it and then this....evil sorcerr(sp) guy kidnaps him and says something about turning him into a clock and she goes and tries to rescue him and runs into all theese mythical creatures and other stuff (i remember a monster-thing in a maze, but thats a pretty good memory someone who was only three)
