Question: Dont know anything about it except one scene : 2 characters fighting on some womans balcony - one kind of resembled superman the other looked like that old alien with the huge veiny head, goggles for eyes and claws. Then again, this could've just been a bad dream.

I don't remember the scene you describe, but it has been 20-30 years since I have seen It. The alien sounds like the mutants from "This Island Earth".
