You can't expect to understand it the first time you watch it. Now that you know how it ends, go back and watch it again. I was in Japan for a year, and I must have watched it 100 times. Every time I noticed something new. It gets better every time I watch it. If you like movies like fight club, try Luck Number Slevin, and Pulp Fiction. Watch both of them multiple times.
This is a wonderful movie, Its about a guy who needs psychotherapy treatment, what then imagines in his head, a fight club who pretty much deal with their problems by fighting
Basically Brad Pitt's character is Edward Norton's character's alter ego.
