Question: In the special features on the Spider-Man 2 DVD, they said something like she could be a possible love interest for Peter Parker (since she has a crush on him and all that), almost in the way that Gwen Stacy was in the comic books and Spider-Man 3. Ursula is probably not as likely to be a well-known love interest like Gwen Stacy was, but they said something along those lines anyway : )
