It's called "Jumper". It is about people who can teleport themselves naturally without equipment such as the devices in "Star Trek". This was an idea once used by science fiction writer Alfred Bester more than fifty years ago. It was in a novel called "The Stars My Destination" in which a man suddenly learns that he can teleport himself to anywhere he wants.
