James Bond. Is there anyone else who hates it?!
Question: My other half is watching it and i gotta say what a load of crud. I just want to know if any one else thinks this is poor, far fetched, badly written and acted. Most people seem to like it (i think) but i am really struggling to find anything good about it.

i loved the latest one with daniel craig
you might not know, but the whole thing was created by a failed british spy who just wanted to create some special agent special ops stories.
he couldnt even be a spy himself. lol
i didnt like it that much but also i didnt watch that much of it either!!
The films are crap, the books are excellent, if somewhat dated.
007 is very entertaining.

why not try to take life a little less seriously and just enjoy it for what it is.
its not intended to be exactly true to life reality.no one ever said it was.its just a bit of fun with action and adventure.
its fine not to like it. but why the need to complain about it.what harm is it doing.
ah ic yeah i see where your coming from more now..i really enjoyed all the old james bond films but to be honest the pierce brosnan bond films are not the best. i really dont like them in the same way as the previous films so i can see why you didnt like it and if your opinion of bond is purely on this film tonite then maybe your not that far off the mark.
but i still think connery ,moore and timothy dalton bonds were really enjoyable films to watch personally.
and the new casino royale film was a lot better written than the brosnan bond films.

Do you mean the whole franchise, or "Die another day" which is what I suspect you were watching when you wrote this?
I love the whole Bond franchise; the novels are fantastic and there's something to love about all the films (even the bad ones). But out of all the Brosnan Bonds, "Die another day" was the worst by far; poor acting, dreadful direction, rubbish CGI. So no, I love James Bond, but agree with you, "D.A.D." wasn't Bond's best outing.
