The Golden Compass was very dissapointing as it was aimed at 10 year olds and younger (which the book wasn't). Also it didn't nearly do justice to the book - overall I felt as though the people involved were trying to completely re-tell the book but for younger kids which didn't work too well, especailly when the book (although aimed at 12-15 year olds) appealed to people of all ages; young and old.
I haven't yet seen I Am Legend - I'm goin to see it on boxing day when it comes out here in UK and I am so excited to see it.
I thought that the Golden Compass was a great film, 10/10
I haven't seen i am legend but it looks pretty good on the adverts.
I Heard Golden Compass Was For Atheist Kids & Their Atheist Parents But Only God Really Knows.
And I AM Legend Was Dissapointing. There Could Have Been More, And It Could Have Been Better. That's What We Get When The Studio Heads Give The Project To Some No Name Video Director. I'd Like Rob Bowman To Re-Direct It Or Bryan Singer. They Would Take It Seriously.
