Answers: Withnail & I. Richard E. Grant by hand made films. funny, quotable re-watchable.

Anything by John Walters

Anything by Mel Brooks.

any mormon movie

Rocky Horror Picture Show!!!!!

Cannibal the Musical! It was done by Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the guys who do South Park. Apparently it was a film that they did when they were still in college, which is why the sound kind of sucks in places. But it is really, really funny! I've made all my friends watch it and only one of them didn't like it, she thought it was too dumb. It's a great movie though, I highly recommend it to any one who likes comedies and cult films!
They also have another cult film called Orgazmo that is hilarious! Basically Trey plays a Mormon who gets accidentally caught up in the porn industry... priceless!

Boondock Saints....awesome movie! Just google it, it has an amazing cult following and it is VERY funny!

The boondock saints is good, any kevin smith movies specifically clerks and mallrats , Empire records, Donnie darko, Heathers, Evil dead, Army of darkness, and office space are all good examples of cult classics that are very good

The Monty Python Movies
Quentin Tarantino movies

Apparently the definition of "cult film" has changed since I last looked because after looking at the following sites I must own 20 of them.

Either Dr. Strangelove, Kubrick's satire on mutually assured destruction or Braindead (also known as Dead Alive in the U.S.), Peter Jackson's (yes that Peter Jackson) horror spoof.

I also have a soft spot for Earth Girls Are Easy.

and

Plan 9 from Outer Space

and a list

Cannibal the Musical it's strange... but funny is hell..

or you could always go with the classics.. (Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness)

As for Ed Wood's Plan 9 from outer space.. it's not that funny.. it's cute.. and not nearly as bad as people like to say.. (if you want a "bad" Ed Wood movie try Glen or Glenda..)

Repo Man

Harold and Maude
