Tracy Flick is a really great character.
My favorite scene is probably when she's giving her speech for presidency, and she takes it so seriously... then someone in the crowd says something funny/immature and everyone laughs. Sorry that is so vague but... it totally captures the movie!

Paul explaining (in nice guy terms) the situation that led to him getting his unexpected BJ. Such a great movie.
My favorite scene is when Reese and the teacher get caught after he gives her that card about going on vacation. And he is in the Principal's office and he is crying like a baby. But I love the movie so much!
Matthew Broderick getting stung in the eye was good (ow...OW...FVCK!). I also liked when he threw his milkshake at the limo Tracy was in in D.C.
rese witherspoon because she is a very good actress and played that part well
