...I'm willing to bet that you're talking about the twisted and grotesque 1979 horror shocker, entitled "The Brood"; in the film, Samantha Eggar's character virtually gives birth to her inner aggresion, through a fleshy external sack, outside of her body. From the sack (...which she actually chews on, and appears to devour), emerges mutated midget-sized creatures, who act on her inner aggresion...
