Question: I've just watched 'Shout at the Devil' and thought Lee Marvin's last words were great.
He's just been mortally wounded after firing a machine-gun long enough for his daughter and her husband to escape off of a German warship, where she was being held captive.
Unknown to the main German commander and all-round bad guy, Fleischer, Marvin planted a bomb on the ship moments before reaching the machine-gun set to go off at 6pm (Marvin gets shot himself at 5.59pm).
The lead German stands over Marvin, unaware that he, too is about to die- and just before Marvin bleeds to death he croaks, 'See you in a minute, Fleischer- we'll go and shout at the Devil together,'.
