never saw the movie but, i'm guessing it was the one of her in a negligee, kneeling on a bed? hard to find that pic. it's from life magazine. you can check their archives. i searched everywhere for a poster and finally found it on e-bay. of course, if i have the wrong pic in mind, disregard this entire answer.
