This one is pretty simply, the zombie that exposed himself to light wacthed Robert Set up his trap to catch a zombie so he set up the same exact one, when Robert stepped in the water it sprung the hidden rope catching his leg witch was tied to a car that fell pulling Him up....Again on this one it doesn't actually show how or tell you, but it's assumed that the zombie moved the Manakin to lure Robert into the trap. This was done at night...if you remember zombies cant go out into sunlight.
"Frank" was always outside. He was just moved to attract Robert to the trap wire waiting for him in the water to catch him upside down.
