My wife says I cry easily but....
As a man the top tearjerker and it will leave every man I know dehydrated (even if most wont admit it) is THE CHAMP. It hits you twice, once in the jail cell and then, with you thinking you couldnt cry anymore, the end scene just reduces you to a mess. I am even getting emotional writing this.
For women, my wife says Beaches.
ET done it for me but going back almost twenty years now, lol.
Recent film I have seen that made my cry was Titanic and Armageddon
The French movie "Chocolat", with Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp, Judi Dench (director Lasse Hallstroem).
In the scene where Juliette Binoche closes the window on "The Sly, North Wind", I usually turn into this sobbing heap of sentiment.
That scene is just so... about me, somehow...
Another one like that is "The English Patient", again with Juliette Binoche, and Ralph Fiennes (what a fabulous actor he is!).
Oh, and then there's "A.I.", with Jude Law. Phew, don't attempt that one without a fresh box of Kleenex...
Korean dramas/foreign film are very very sad!!!
Im not sure if ur into korean dramas?
Either people really hate it or they love it!!
Its becoming very popular all over the world, such as all over asia, Europe, probably more.
Anyhow, If ur interested, here's one.....A classic one, "Autumn Tale" they have it on youtube- its subtitled.
Nonstops tears!! Here's a short description: two parents accidently take the wrong baby at the hospital assuming its their own, and later on, finds out its not theirs, and they switch lives!! Give it a try, maybe you'll like it maybe not?
