Question: I’m thinking of a drama movie, it’s about the life of 2 teenage girls, one who’s into drugs and sex and either her friend or sister or someone close to her is a real good kid but she brings her into the sex and drugs and she starts fighting with her parents, I know it’s a long shot but does anyone know the movie I’m talking about?

It's Thirteen. I love this movie!!
The only other thing that sounds remotely like what you are describing is the movie Havoc, however it wasn't really one good girl and one bad, they were both pretty bad. I would really go with everyone else's answers and say Thirteen as well.
