Hairspray any good?!
Question: I'm very neutral whether I should rent Hairspray or not. Everybody's saying how great it is and now I'm SO interested why. However, why would I ever want to see a film about John travolta in a fat suit as a woman??? Answer these questions for me. You don't have to answer them all (even though I'd prefer if you did)
1.) Is it funny? How much?
2.) What percentage of the film is all singing? Its not that I hate the songs. I just get bored sometimes
3.) Is Tracey ever an annoying character? In the trailer she's always smiling and opptimistic and I want to slap her.
4.) Did John Travolta in a fat suit make you uncomfortable or did you just flush it out of your brain that it was a man under there?
5.) Did you have low expectations when first seeing it and then surprised to like it? Like, did you think "this is gonna be SO gay" or "ugh, a musical"?
6.) compared to other musicals, is it more fun or interesting?

honestly i hate musicals and only wanted to see the movie because of Zac Efron but...
1. its funny in spots
2. they dont sing the entire movie...its not like Rent..they do sing alot though and some of the songs were annoying.
3. OMG yes...you want to smack her in the 1st scene!!!
4. you get over it...besisded that role is always played by a man

its good to stlye your hair with. Stick to gel as hairspray can get to be sticky ang can get on ur clothes
It is great for potato guns. the cheaper the better! I can get one to go 400 yards
