I don't think Disney is going to make anymore movies like they used to (you know, when Disney WAS good!) But, Disney playhouse will have a new Timon and Pumbaa series soon (in 2008.)
Right now, there is The Lion King, The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride and The Lion King 1 1/2. I've seem them all! LOL! I love Lion King too, and Lion King 1 1/2 was SO funny. But the original is the best, of course!

I don't think they should, you can only go so far with movies..take the Land Before Time theres tons!!! I lost count how many there really is...and Air Bud is another example =p
