Secretary is about the ULTIMATE feminist!!!
this movie is awesome, because it is really about a woman who is willing to be no one besides who she really is, and her ability to let a man into her weirdness.
It is the ultimate love story. Total love and acceptance.

1) "As Good As It Gets" it could have GOTTEN funnier but didnt.
2) "Theres Something about Mary" There should have been something about making movies that arent funny
3) "Shrek" LEWD and COMPLETLY INNAPPROPRIATE I would never let my kids see this movie

I hated Pirates of the Carribean 1,2 and 3. I also agree with Napolean Dynamite. It was stupid.
I love the family comedy RV but everyone I know hated it.

Plus: I am obsessed with Reality Bites. I know it by heart, but always end up watching it alone
And... True Romance, which is an awesome movie with an awesome cast (Christian Slater, Patricia Arquette, Dennis Hopper, Gary Oldman, Brad Pitt, James Gandolfini and the list goes on). Also, the screenplay was written by Quentin Tarantino (came out around 1992, I think). Anyway... it got either mediocre or bad reviews. I have a couple of friends who love it also, but soooo many people don't like it. I don't get it.
Also: Bram Stoker's Dracula (Gary Oldman, Winona Ryder, etc.) So Good!!! No one ever wants to watch it a second time, and I don't get it!!

Given that you said to list only ONE film, here goes:
LORD OF THE RINGS, especially the third one which ended at least 12 times. Too much style but zero substance. My girlfriend dragged me to all three of them twice in the same day, so you can imagine how hard I tried not to pop my eyes out.
I loved 8MM
and hated the Halloween movies.
