Home Alone is one of my favorite films.
Therefore, I'd have to choose Machauly Culkin as the best childhood actor.
I like culkin the best because of home alone =) and the movie the good son but you also forgot about elijah wood is another good child actor!
There are many child actors who are good.
Mac, Elijah Wood, Barret Oliver (The Neverending Story's Bastian), Noah Hathaway (same movie), Kirsten Dunst (but only in Interview with a Vampire), Tatum O'Neil, and many others.
I would definitely NOT include the Home Alone series as Mac's best work especially considering those movies were nonsensical, mind-numbing drivel.
Michael Oliver SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My vote goes to Alex D. Linz.
