Favorite Akira Kurosawa movie and why?!

"Seven Samurai" is a great one, of course...but my favorite is probably "Hidden Fortress". (According to George Lucas, it was an inspiration for "Star Wars". There are two bumbling guys in it who remind you of C3PO and R2D2.)

I'm kind of embarrassed to say the only one I've seen so far is Seven Samurai. While I was watching it I immediatley realized just how much this movie has seeped into our culture though. The style, the charactors, even the story itself has been used a thousand times since then. Such a solid film.
