I can't see your avatar picture becasue of this being a work computer and it blocks certain things (why pics on yahoo answers? I don't know) so I can't agree with you, but I'm almost certain that it's either Boba Fett or Darth Maul.
I think my fav would have to be Wedge. He's in all three, a patriot, one of those low key characters who's a leader and one hell of a pilot. He Has no special powers. He's just a regular guy fighting for what he believes in. He doesn't get enough recognition for his accomplishments
