Question: that's hard to answer. I think Clerks was pretty damn cheap. I personally know of a short film that was made for fifty bucks. And I know M. Night did a film as a teen that probably only cost him the vhs to record it. So How about we try to find the lowest budget on a full length film, that involves someone who was, or is now famous?

Negative $24 million. Michale Moore's documentary cost only $50,000 to make but made over $24.10 million. I am talking about the first documentary he made that made him famous (about 3 or 4 years ago). I don't remember the name of it now.
