"Repossessed" is funny. It also starts Leslie Nielsen ("Naked Gun"). It's a spoof of the Exorcist with Linda Blair from the exorcist.
"Blazing Saddles" is a classic by Mel Brooks. Very spoofy. Also, "Young Frankenstein," and "High Anxiety."
Christopher Guest movies are GREAT like "This Is Spinal Tap," "Waiting For Guffman," "A Mighty Wind," and "Best In Show." These are "mocumentaries" and SO hilarious.
"Spaceballs," "Mars Attacks," "Airplane!," "Murder By Death," "Hot Shots," "Hot Shots Part Deux," "Evil Dead: Army of Darkness" (part of ED I-III), etc. These are all classics and SO funny!

An old classic favorite is It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. Or go for Caddyshack, Bill Murray as a lunatic golf course gardener. Both movies will having you really laughing.

Shaun of the Dead. It's really funny! (Comedy/horror, like scary movie). It makes fun of Dawn of the Dead, like Scary Movie makes fun of The Ring and everything else.

It's hard to find a good comedy movie. Most of them are stupid and not funny. The ones I like are:
Spaceballs
Noises Off (the first half is all of the set-up, the second half is funny)
Victor/Victoria (romantic comedy)
History of the World, part 1
Shrek
Galaxy Quest (if you are a sci-fi fan)
my sister loves Zoolander, but I haven't seen it
