Red Dragon, Silence of the lambs, Hannibal, Hannibal Rising.. which order?!

I haven't seen Hannibal Rising, so I'm going to leave that one out for now...
So of the three that are left, you definitly want to want to watch hannibal last.
As far as Red Dragon goes... you need to decide which version you want to watch. Red Dragon (though the name of the book) was a remake of Manhunter. When you compare the two, Red Dragon is pretty cartoony, while manhunter seems more real.
If you're going to watch Manhunter instead of Red Dragon, I'd watch Manhunter first. But if you're going to watch Red Dragon, then watch Silence of the Lambs first.
Watch Silence of the Lambs first, it is the best
The rest are just sub-par sequels. You might also watch Manhunter as well, the first version of Red Dragon.

I would watch silence of the lambs first. Its the best one. If you don't like that one dont bother with the rest.

Hanibal Rising
Red Dragon
Silence of the Lambs again
then Hanibal
Watch them in the order of release. Silence of the lambs is the best, and is such a shocking and novel film experience, so it will get you hooked.
