Question: Ok in the 3rd movie peter parker finds out hisuncle's killer. which is the sand man. but he didnt acctualy kill him. all he wanted was the car right. well if i am wrong please tell me the correct story

Well, yeah... that there was someone else WITH the maniac/guy that was responsible for the death.. and who (don't forget) was going to shoot Parker dead in the FACE in that old abandoned factory, and held the gun...
He believes that the Sandman was the killer (which causes the Black Uniform Spiderman to rage on Sandman in the sewers), and that he chased down & watched fall, the Wrong Guy that gets killed as a result (in Spiderman 1)... but, near the end, we discover that the Sandman is a loveable/caring dad that was pressed into Crime and tried to stop the guy (meaning Spidey was right to chase the original guy/killer). In fact, the Sandman just leaves with the forgiveness of Spiderman, because it was accidental, and not nearly intentional.. Spiderman doesn't actually beat him.
P.S. - For the life of me, I don't know why the creators of III spent so much time with Sandman and the human/side of Venom (down to popping Tupper's face annoyingly, in the fight scenes in the end).. it's like they were so enamored with the 2 male actors (LA being LA, of course) that they figured us Spiderman fans would love watching long-scene after scene of the stars of "Sideways" and "That 70's Show" -- instead of real, important elements to the movie series. In my estimation, #2 is far better than #3. Then again, I'm still having a Major issue with Spiderman not having Web Fluid cannisters & the trigger device, instead of the freaky fluid shooting out of his forearms.

Flint Marko (sand man) did kill peter's uncle but it was unintentional. he never wanted anyone to get hurt. he was scared to lose his daughter and crime was the only path he could take to save her.

Well, Flint Marko(sandman) did kill him, just by accident, he didn't mean too. I'm guessing he's a little trigger happy, and when his partner in crime came running towards him he freaked out and shot by accident.

yep correct story but they used sandmans story as the plot to use him a great plot for a good but misguided familyman, great effects on the sandman though nothing taken away from that
Yeah he wnted the car so he cud get the money to his daughter but his partner bumped him and his finger pulled the trigger and he shot uncle ben, the poor guy must feel awful.
In the movie, Sandman did kill Uncle Ben. But it was an accident. He did not MEAN to kill him. He only wanted the car. But he DID kill him.
In the comics book, Sandman had nothing to do with the death of Uncle Ben. Rather it was a burglar who broke into their home and shot Uncle Ben there. That is the "correct" story. See Amazing Fantasy #15 for the full story.

Sandman did kill uncle Ben, accidentally. I agree with the other guy who said that we got to see way to much back story on venom and sandman. Not that they aren't good characters, Just could have cut out some of it to add more to the Mary Jane and Peter storyline. They never should have killed off goblin2. And I think he should have gotten to propose before the end at least.
Also I think it was good for peter to realize that he can't go around killing people cause he "thinks" they did something to hurt him when it wasn't about him at all. Accidents happen everyday, two wrongs don't make a right and all that. All in all it helped peter to grow. Still like Spiderman2 better myself.

you're correct. The guy's friend who stole the money from the bank shows up and scared the sandman. That made the sandman accidentally pull the trigger and kills the uncle.
