Movie - Fantasy - 1980's???!
Question: I can't remember much about this movie, but I saw it when I was 12-13yrs old. It's about this little girl who lost her mother and had also lost their house in the fire and all that she could recover was her mother's picture and a doll? Eventually that doll came to life and became her friend. She eventually tried to hook up the "so-called" mannequin doll girl with her father. In the end, her father finally falls in love with another woman and the doll goes back to the same doll she was before. I don't know what the name of that movie. If you could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

"Mannequin" wouldn't be correct. It's a romantic fantasy comedy and doesn't have a little girl in it. The plot described in the question does not match that 1987 film, which stars Kim Cattrall and Andrew McCarthy.
I'll look around to see what I can find. I'm sure that I haven't seen this one, so it might be tricky.
I found "Life-Size" (2000 TV movie), starring Tyra Banks as the doll who comes to life and Lindsay Lohan as the girl who gets her wish. This was shown on the Wonderful World of Disney.
