not really...nothing wrong with trying to save the planet and not many people are interested in that so putting it out there in movies is really the most effective way of doing it.
if an environmental group makes their own movie without the backing of hollywood and celebs, then not many people would be interested.
movies should aim for something other than "entertain" people, they should educate people as well.

every movie shopuld have a story to tell otherwize its about nothing and nobody would watch that, so agenda is there so what was it well acted did you get the message better questions
I have to agree with 1080. There really does need to be more focus on the condition of our environment. Maybe it would be good if Hollywood could find ways to sneak environmental plugs into their movies. There is a whole array of things that they could concentrate on. Things like Global Warming, the destruction of our oxygen giving plants and trees and the pollution of our life giving water to name a few. I have a fear that one day people will look back and wish that they had taken much better care of their home planet. I hope and pray that I am wrong and that things will change for the better.
