The trouble is that Germans are not that good at movie entertainment.

The few ones I'm thinking about are most films made by Fritz Lang (pre-WWII), and "The Boat," a long story (more than 200 min.) of a German submarine during WWII.

One of my favorites is "Run Lola Run". I've also heard good things about "Das Boot".
