What film was this...?!

Question: It was a British horror compendium, there were several businessmen in the boardroom at the top of a big tower and after each of their stories was told they got in the lift and went down to go out the building but when the doors opened they were in hell.
Very much like tales of the crypt but not that, it was made around 70's, early 80s. Anyone know?

VAULT OF HORROR (1973)
NOTE: Wikipedia adds "The" before the title, but there is no "The" on the poster or in the opening credits.

Yea! My memory of this film was right! I went to Wikipedia to verify the name. I've watched "Vault of Horror" three times this month on a movie channel, but I watch many SF/horror/fantasy films. I especially like this one because of Tom Baker, who is my favorite "Doctor Who" actor. I've also met him several times at conventions. He plays such a dark character in this one!

Also in the film, which is a follow-up to the very successful "Tales from the Crypt", are Anna and Daniel Massey, the children of Raymond Massey; Terry-Thomas and Glynis Johns; Curt Jurgens in a very creepy segment having to do with a fakir "trick" (in his estimation); and Denholm Elliot. As always, the casting is great though the film does have some weak spots. Obviously, I like it enough to return to it repeatedly. People tend to call films like this anthologies, but the actual term is "portmanteau".

IMDB summary:
Five strangers meet in a lift in a non-descript office block in London. They find themselves taken to the sub-basement level, although none of them appears to have pressed for that location. Once there, they discover a plush room they think is a gentlemen’s club, and find that the lift door has closed behind them and they can’t get out. Resigned to waiting for help, they settle down with some drinks and discuss their lifelike recurring nightmares.

From IMDB:
Five men trapped in the basement vault of an office building share visions with each other of their demise. Stories revolve around vampires, bodily dismemberment, east Indian mysticism, an insurance scam, and an artist who kills by painting his victims' deaths.

Hammer House of Horrors sounds like a good fit.
