What is your favorite Nicholas Cage movie?!
Question: Hard to say. I really like his acting. My least favorite was 'Adaptation.' I recall the critics raving, but I thought it was Pointless.
I think I've seen almost all of his movies.
I watched 'Family Man' last night. He's sweet in that. I don't think they got to return to the New Jersey life; but I like that you were left wondering.
I also liked 'Gone in 60 Seconds.' His facial expressions in that one were priceless!
'Bringing Out the Dead' was one of the strangest, but also one of his most interesting characters. This one is high on my list.
8mm was very good, if a little dark.
'Face Off' was great because I'm a big John Travolta fan too. (Heavy John. Post the stick man he was in 'Grease' and way post Welcome Back Kotter, where he was just an idiot; but I digress.)
I loved the dialog in 'National Treasure.'
'The Weather Man' was depressing, but still, I like Nick.
I think 'Lord of War,' was the most compelling performance he ever gave. I highly recommend everyone rent that one; just for a look at an interesting portrayal of the economics of war.
I didn't enjoy the movie where his character was an obsessive compulsive con man being conned by his daughter.
'Raising Arizona,' early Nick, was just a comedic hoot.
I still can't bring myself to watch 'Leaving Las Vegas.' It just sounds too depressing.
I know I haven't answered the question. Too hard for me. I really like this actor.
