I don't know the exact lines but it's something like this:
The killer is about to kill this guy who starts to pray. The killer tells the guy that praying to God is useless since God couldn't even save his own son (Jesus)
I know its not Devils rejects or House of 1000 corpese since I just watched them

sounds like prophecy with Christopher Walken,part two I think, I'm not too sure.
