I thought it was great. The performances were wonderful. I just bought it on Saturday. :)
i love it its one of my fave johnny depp movies :) i have it in my johnny depp dvd collection (i have 30 of his dvds now woohoo)

I quite enjoyed it. It was a lovely story. I agree, quite captivating. Then again, I've never seen a movie with Johnny Depp in it that was bad... and not just because he's hot. He's an amazing actor.
This is a very good and well-made movie. My fav scene is when the mayor ends up sprawled all over the display window, unable to resist the power of her chocolate. :)
