It depends.. I work in a video store.. and we have one guy who rents out like $30 worth of movies and the dvd's don't work as well when they come back.. and there will be "water" marks on them.. (it's not water or oil.. it's just the way it looks).. It's pretty much a given that he copied them.. $30 worth of adult movies that are rented for one night.. that's not someone who's watching them all.
